FREEDOM FOUNDATIONS _______________
We will explore the foundations of coaching and ICF Core Competencies in an inner healing model. You'll learn the Emotionally Healthy Coach Formula and listening prayer. You'll solidify your understanding for the biblical foundation for identity in Christ, the promises for believers, and authority as a child of God and apply those to how you serve clients using professional listening skills and asking powerful questions.
FREEDOM FRAMEWORK _________________
People are hurting and are ready to let go of their past pain and embrace their purpose. As a Freedom Coach you will learn the three parts of the Freedom Framework and learn to use them as a foundation in all your sessions. You'll learn to identify the key phrases people say that are keeping them in bondage and have the confidence that you can help them rewrite their old story and find the glory of God in it.
FREEDOM MINDSETS __________________
As a Christian transformational life coach, you will be trained on how to help people align their thoughts, emotions, and actions with the heart of God. Helping clients learn to no longer use discipline or shame to motivate themselves into good habits, they will learn how to activate the power of God in their lives. Clients will find a deepening relationship with the Lord, the power of vulnerability, and restored personal relationships.
FREEDOM COACH MODEL_______________
Each client struggles with different strongholds. You can create a custom plan for your clients using the Freedom Coach Model. You'll learn 16 different tools to help clients overcome fear, rejection, shame, jealousy, anger, family patterns, unforgiveness, and more. This is the heart of the program so we will spend about 4 months preparing you for any challenge a client may have.

WHAT TO EXPECT
2024 Cohort Dates:
We are considering a time that works for the members of the cohort. With 32 weeks in 12 months. Either Thursdays at 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (CST) or Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (CST) January 18-December 12, 2024 (with holidays and June-July lighter schedule).
Online Training: You’ll gather as a cohort of up to 12 students for 32 weekly online meetings lasting 2 hours each. Meetings will include instructor led group teaching and discussion as well as smaller breakout groups of 2-4 where you’ll practice skill-building activities.

Commitment: This is a robust training that will require approximately 2-4 hours of rewarding and fun assignments and triad practice outside of the cohort per week.
Triads: You will meet with 2 -3 other people outside of the program for ongoing practice and skill development.
Assignments: Between cohorts, you will read course materials, and complete assignments. Assignments will include both written work and practical activities like coaching people!
Certification: Official certification in The Freedom Certification will be granted to trainees who apply and is based on:
Attendance – 90% or more of training sessions
Active Participation – In trainings and activations
Assignments – Complete and show an understanding of the concepts
Assessment – Jill Monaco will assess each coach's competency
Supervision – Three 1:1 sessions with Jill Monaco
Coaching Hours – 50 coaching hours with clients using the Freedom Coach Model

Upfront Payment:
• $10,000
Payment Plan:
• $3,500 upon acceptance into the program, followed by 9 payments of $833.
Beta Pricing: Since this is a beta program, prices will increase in 2025.
Payment is due only after acceptance into the program. Enrollment will close when the cohort is filled and you'll be put on a waiting list for the next one in 2025.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the process of applying?
Once you fill out the application and submit your references, we will review it and send you an email with the next steps within 10 days. If you're application is accepted, you'll meet with Jill on Zoom so you can ask additional questions and we can make sure this program is a good fit. If all goes well, you will join our next cohort!
Will I receive a certification at the end of the 12 months?
Once you successfully complete and pass the training, you will receive an application to become a “Certified Associate Freedom Coach” or a “Certified Freedom Minister.” Most requirements will be met by completing the training but you will need to gain enough coaching and ministry hours first.
Are there prerequisites?
There are three paths to certification:
ICF Certified Coaches who have completed Level 1, 2, or 3 have met the prerequisites.
Non ICF Coaches (which includes counselors, pastors, and inner healing ministers) If you have a counseling license, ministry training, or have your coach certification from an organization that is not ICF certified, you may be required to go through “Mentor Coaching Program” with Jill Monaco in addition to the Freedom Certification Training Program. We can discuss this on a Zoom call after your application is submitted.
Ministers: If your goal is to learn the tools and aren't concerned about having the title of “coach”, you can go through the program and earn the credential of “Freedom Minister.”
Do I get ICF credit hours?
This program is applying for 40 hours of ICF CCEs. You will receive documentation to turn into ICF. Jill is a PCC level coach so you will receive 10 mentoring hours by being in this program.
Do I need to sign an Agreement?
Yes, for those accepted into the program, you will be able to review and sign the License Agreement – which is given after the Zoom interview.
Can I cancel or receive a refund after joining?
No, due to the fact that you receive the program materials from the start, the program is non-refundable. Because we will turn people away your spot is secured for you so payment plans will continue whether you chose to continue with the program or not. Please prayerfully consider your decision to join us!
Is there a Facebook Group?
We will decide if there is a Facebook Group after knowing who the participants will be. However, we do have a community group on our Learning Management Software and will have ways to stay connected if you do not have social media. We will use this for building relationship, announcements, questions, and accountability.
How interactive are the trainings?
We aim for 60% of the training to be interactive. You'll have breakout groups, practice activities, and cohort level assignments that are all a part of this group training experience.
What happens if I miss a training?
You can miss up to 4 in person training sessions. Since each training is built upon the previous one, you'll need to watch the replay before the next training and send us an email about what you learned.
How long will I have access to the training sessions?
You will have access to the training sessions for the duration of the program.
If I am certified, how can I use the resources and certification name?
Once certified in the Freedom Coach Model, you may use the title “FCM Coach” or “Certified Associate Freedom Coach” or “Certified Freedom Minister” in your branding and marketing but not “Freedom Coaching®” as it is trademarked by Jill Monaco Ministries. The Agreement outlines how you can market your new certification.
You are not released to train others how to use the Freedom Coach Model or the Freedom Framework. For more details on how you can use the FCM tools please refer to the Certification Agreement once accepted into the program.
Will I need to purchase other materials?
Yes, you will have a reading list and you are responsible for acquiring those books.
Who will see my assignments?
Jill Monaco will be the only one who evaluates your assignments unless otherwise noted ahead of time.
Will I receive referrals?
Coaches who have completed the Freedom Coach Model program and received certification are eligible to apply for our referral and partnership program. Coaches are not guaranteed to be a part of the partnership program by completing the certification.
If you are accepted into our partnership program, you will be listed as FCM Coaches on our website and eligible for referrals.
** Those in our referral program are required to be a part of continued education through Jill Monaco Ministries, agree to our terms and conditions, live out our statement of faith, and uphold our code of conduct as outlined in the License Agreement.
Do I need to be a Christian to apply?
This content is based on Biblical truths, prayer, and the power of the Holy Spirit. If you are not a Christian you will not get value from this program.
Do you offer scholarships?
We do not offer any discounts or scholarships at this time. We hope this program will attract major donors who want to sponsor a coach in the future. You are more than welcome to find a sponsor – if they donate any amount to Jill Monaco Ministries on your behalf, 100% of that amount will be taken off your tuition and they will receive a tax deductible letter. You may want to fundraise through another means like GoFundMe, or asking your church or the company you work for.
